So I have a beautiful garden called “The United States of America”.
The farm hand planted wheat but when it started to grow he noticed that some enemy had planted thistle amongst the wheat while he slept. The farmer instructed the farm hand to not pull up the thistle because it would also uproot the wheat. They allowed us to grow together and at harvest time they will separate the wheat from the thistle and throw the thistle in the fire.
That is a “teaching metaphor”.
Do you know the difference between “wheat” and “thistle”?
Thistle sticks in your cloths and shoes and pokes you. Wheat is wealthy and soft.
