You people handling the money for the government that belongs to my citizens do your jobs backwards. You don’t find out who is owed money and do everything you can to hide it until it is escheated.
You do your jobs and you find them and you collect your 5%. You are not to investigate the people owed the money just to find them. You do not investigate what they do personally. That is none of your business.
